Wooden Corbels


Wooden Corbels are widely used in wood carving in history and today.  We make wooden corbels out of any wood such as cherry corbels, oak corbels, maple corbels, walnut corbels, ash corbels, alder corbels, mahogany corbels, paint grade corbels, pine corbels, and also in urethane resin or bronze.  Their is a wide use for custom wooden corbels for today's home builder, architect, as well as home designer. Wooden corbels are used in kitchens and in kitchen islands to hold up marble or kitchen counter tops.  Wooden corbels are also used in bathrooms, library interiors of large luxury homes, as well as exterior of large homes and large hotels, casinos and bars.

Many of our corbels are carved out of domestic as well as imported woods, such as maple, cherry, oak, walnut, alder, soft maple, ash, pine, mahogany and teak. In history wood carved corbels have been used in many historical buildings such as churches, palaces, museums, period historical homes and many landmark buildings. It is possible to use reclaimed lumber in the carving of our corbels, as many people like to use reclaimed lumber in historical restoration.
